Cornerstone Consultants led the automation of a consolidated monthly financial reporting package. Prior to this, the accounting team spent several days per month manually building and linking excel files to consolidate the month end P&L and Balance Sheet reports for five entities, which was inefficient and fraught with errors. Addam utilized Jet Reporting, integrated with MS Dynamics GL to design and create a dynamic reporting package based on re-organized source data. He trained and transitioned the reporting to the accounting and FP&A teams who embraced the tools and were then able to grow the analytic reporting ability to include various ad-hoc reports and budget uploads. It was a huge gain in accuracy and efficiency and systematized a key risk point for the company.

In addition, Cornerstone Consultants led the planning and implementation of financial integration of an acquired brand carve-out in under 90 days to include proforma historical P&L, transactional level sales, and AR/AP detailed transactions. With Addam providing leadership for the systematic financial integration, the accounting staff was able to focus on onboarding new vendors and servicing the new customers, which resulted in a seamless overall integration in 90 days.
